Estimated delivery times for different parts of the world are set out below. If your purchase has not arrived by the end of such estimated time, please do get in touch with me and I'll find out where it is.
I send out any card purchases myself, by First Class mail; they are likely to arrive towards the early end of the time estimate. Paper and Canvas prints are sent out direct to you from the printing facility and so are more often towards the later end.
COVID-19 impact on delivery times for prints and canvases
For prints on paper and canvas, I work with an external print facility to print and deliver your orders. I’m in regular communication with them for the latest updates about how any COVID-19 measures and restrictions are affecting production and delivery times. They are now almost back to normal production and delivery times, so most orders should still arrive within the times set out below. For any which are slightly delayed, I'll be doing everything I can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

UK: 2-10 days
EU: 3-12 days
Rest of World: 5-19 days
I do my absolute best to ensure that your cards or prints arrive with you in excellent condition. But if something does go wrong, then this is what can be done - it differs depending on whether you purchased cards or prints.
I stock and send out the cards myself. Of course I hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes things can go wrong - perhaps you are not happy with your choice or the cards are damaged.
On the "not happy" front, if when you receive your cards you decide that they weren’t what you were expecting or you’ve just changed your mind, then you can return the cards for a refund - but only if:
you email me, within 14 days of when you received the cards, to confirm that you intend to return the cards because you have changed your mind; and
you return the cards in perfect condition (so that they can be re-sold by me) and that within 28 days of when you received them; and
you pay for the cost of delivering the cards back to me.
Provided that you satisfy these requirements, I will refund you the price you paid (not including the delivery charge), via the same method that you used to pay for the cards, within 7 days of receipt by me of the perfect condition returned cards.
If, on the other hand, the cards are damaged when you receive them, then you should contact me within 14 days of receipt, - sending photos of the damaged cards and the damaged packaging. I'll then let you know how to return the cards (at my cost) and ask you whether you would like replacement cards or a refund.
Paper or Canvas Prints
As I mentioned above, the position is different if you purchased a print or prints (whether on paper or canvas).
My paper and canvas prints are bespoke, made to order items, for your personal requirements. They are produced at an external print facility and are sent out to you from that facility. For this reason, a refund cannot be made simply because you have changed your mind - but this is subject to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer e.g. for a refund for an item which was not as described on the Website.
You are, of course, entitled to a refund or replacement item if your print arrives with you in a damaged condition - provided that you satisfy the following two steps.
If your print does arrive in a damaged condition, you should:
first, contract me, within 14 days of when you received the print, telling me about the damage and sending photos of the damaged print and the damaged packaging; and
then return the damaged item and packaging to the external print facility, within 3 weeks of when you received it, following the instructions provided with the packaging and using the return address provided with those instruction. You should not return the print to me.
Once the damaged print has been received back by the print facility, and assuming that the damage did occur at the print facility or in transit, a refund will then be made to you - via the same method you used to pay for the item.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
